For all orders, a tracking number will be provided.
Order processing time is 2-3 business days. After that, delivery can be expected within 5-7 business days following an email confirmation for your order.
Adama Paris will notify you by email when your goods are due to be shipped to you. The tracking provided by dhl will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to reasons for delay in delivery of goods purchased by you.
If adama paris does not receive any communication from you, within 14 days of delivery, regarding problems with the goods, we assume that you have received the goods in good condition and without problems.
If the goods have not been received within 14 working days, please notify us as soon as possible.
